Completing Your Course and Receiving Your Certificate

Completing Your Course and Receiving Your Certificate

Once you complete your course, your work will go through final moderation checks (where it is checked by an assessor).

If you have paid for your course in full: When your work has passed the final moderation checks, we will request your certificate from your course's awarding body.

If you have paid for your course with a payment plan: You'll need to pay any outstanding balance on your course.

Once your balance has been paid and your work has passed the final moderation checks, we will request your certificate from your course's awarding body.

To pay your remaining balance, you can either continue with your monthly scheduled payment or clear the balance with a final payment. If you wish to clear the balance with a final payment, please contact us using Chat Support and we will send you a payment link.

When you have made your final payment, you can also use Chat Support to request your certificate.

Receiving Your Certificate
Depending on your course's awarding body, it can take from 6 to 12 weeks for your certificate to be delivered.

If after 12 weeks your certificate has not arrived, please contact us using Chat Support.
