AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Plagiarism Policy
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy when it comes to AI and plagiarism usage.
If any of these are found in your work, it will be referred back to you for correction, and in repeated cases may result in withdrawal from the course.
AI (Artificial Intelligence) Policy
There should be no AI usage in any of your submissions, and when detected, you will be asked to remove and rewrite any sections where you have used AI to generate your work.
Our AI detection system looks for several factors that have been identified in your work, including, but not limited to:
- Consistent writing patterns that differ from previous submissions, or other communications such as emails
- Unusual or overly sophisticated vocabulary and phrasing
- High similarity to known AI-generated content
- Use of Americanised spelling
To protect the academic integrity of our organisation, we do not provide in depth AI reports of where AI has been detected.

You may use AI tools such to support your learning — for example, to help you better understand complex concepts by breaking them down into simpler, more precise explanations. This can be a useful way to deepen your comprehension and reinforce your independent study
Plagiarism Policy
When you enrol with us, you’re expected to submit work that you’ve completed through your own study and research. Using someone else’s work without giving them credit is called plagiarism, and it’s a serious form of academic malpractice.
Plagiarism includes copying text, ideas, or data without proper
referencing. Along with other types of misconduct—like working with others on individual tasks (collusion), making up information (fabrication), or changing results (falsification)—this is not allowed.
