Studying Your Course

Studying Your Course

Once you are logged into your LMS (Learner Management System) account, you can start studying.

From your home page, click Go to your courses to see the courses that have been added to your account.

Pre-eligibility Tasks

Depending on the course you enrolled on, you may be asked to complete one or more tasks to ensure the course is suitable for you. This also allows us to better tailor our support throughout your studies to ensure that you receive the assistance you need to succeed.

Resources and Messaging

Within the LMS you will find a Resources section, containing a number of useful tips and guides that will aid you in your studies, including a guide to referencing. You should review all of these resources before you start your course.

You'll also see a Messages section, through which you can contact your tutor with any queries related to the course.

Submitting Your First Assignment

Read the underpinning knowledge for the first unit, and create your submission by researching around the topics covered in the course material.

Once you have submitted your work, your tutor will mark your submission and provide detailed feedback

Working Through Your Course

As self-study courses, each learner is expected to move through the course at a pace that will allow completion within the support period stated on enrolment; our tutors and support team will not ask you to submit work if you have fallen behind in your studies. If you are struggling with any aspect of your course, please reach out to your tutor for assistance.

Bundle Courses

If you have enrolled on a bundle course, only the first course in the bundle will be available. Bundle courses are completed in order - once you have completed the first, you can move onto the next.
