What to Expect After You Enrol

After you have ordered your course, our team will process your enrolment and send out your welcome email, containing all the information you need to get started.

Enrolments are normally processed within 2 hours (please allow longer if you've ordered your course outside of working hours).

Once you have your welcome email, you'll be able to access your LMS account and begin studying your course.

If you have ordered a paper study pack for your course, these can take up to 10 working days to arrive. If 10 working days have passed and you have not received it, please contact us.
