Why Have I Been Charged?

If your account has been charged, this is most likely because you chose to spread the cost of your course with a payment plan.

Here are some common reasons why your account was charged:

  1. A scheduled payment as part of the payment plan you agreed to upon enrolment
  2. A late payment fee for a missed payment 
  3. A payment taken from your backup payment method, if your direct debit payment failed
