If your placement setting form has not been approved, you will be notified by email, and the specific reason will be displayed in your LMS account in the Placement Setting - Submission History section.

Common reasons for referral include mismatched or non-handwritten signatures. 

If the status of your placement setting form is waiting for employer approval, this means we have sent an email to the contact you have listed on your form, and are waiting for a response (please ask your employer to approve your form).
