In your LMS account (under My Courses), you will see your end of support date for each of your courses:
If your course is eligible, you may be able to extend it if your support period has expired.
You can request a course extension by clicking Extend Course under your course.
The cost of your extension will be displayed here. You may also see a reinstatement fee, which applies where the qualification itself has expired.
After payment is received, your extension will enter an approval process, and you will be notified of the outcome by email.
If your request for an extension is declined, you will be given a full refund.
If you do not see an option to extend, this means that extensions are not available for your course (see below).

If you have not completed your course within the required timeframe and are unable to extend it, the only available option is to re-enrol.
This requires paying the course fees again and starting from the beginning, with all units resubmitted and assessed again. In some cases, you may be able to reuse previously submitted work.
If You Are Studying the Adult Care Level 3 Diploma
If you are studying the Adult Care Level 3 course (qualification numbers 610/0103/6 or 610/0498/4) and have exceeded your course expiry date, you will need to enrol on the newer version of the qualification and restart the course from the beginning.
Please note: While you can access your past work and may reuse some elements, the updated course units are not directly transferable, and all submissions must meet the new specification.
The new version of the Adult Care Level 3 course also has different requirements. In particular, you will now need a designated workplace assessor. For full details, please visit the course page: Adult Care Diploma Level 3 (RQF)
