Uploading PDFs to the LMS

If you're trying to upload a PDF file to the Learner Management System (LMS) and it’s too large, or you need to combine multiple PDFs into one file, you can do both quickly using a free, easy-to-access online tool called iLovePDF.

Compress a PDF (reduce file size)

  1. Click here to visit iLovePDF.
  2. Click the red “Select PDF file” button, and choose the PDF you want to compress from your device.
  3. Choose a compression level — we recommend “Recommended Compression”.
  4. Click “Compress PDF”. This will process your file, which may take a few seconds.
  5. Once the compression is complete, click “Download compressed PDF” to save the smaller file to your device.
  6. Upload your compressed PDF to the LMS.

Merge multiple PDFs into one file

  1. Click here to visit iLovePDF.
  2. Click the red “Select PDF file” button, and choose the PDF files you want to merge from your device.
